I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1975, and then worked as a planner and valuer in South Africa before returning home to manage the family farm in Sussex. When the farm was sold in the 1990’s I started my surveying practice, providing advice for private and corporate clients based on my professional qualifications and practical experience.

I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Member of the Town Planning Association and a Fellow of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants.
