David Campion wins planning appeal allowing a stockman’s dwelling in the South Downs National Park.

June 2015:

A victory for common sense. Despite the advice of two of its external agricultural consultants that the proposed supervisory farm dwelling was essential to the farming business, the SDNPA twice refused to grant planning permission. The application was subsequently allowed on appeal when the Inspector accepted the strength of the case argued by David Campion, supported by the National Farmers Union.
